Warranty policy
48 hours. Free replacement. No refunds (crypto can't be reversed). Below is everything — covered cases, non-covered cases with real examples, and the exact claim process.
What the warranty covers
- Account locked or suspended on first login
- Credentials don't work (wrong password, account not found)
- 2FA seed invalid or produces wrong codes
- Recovery email missing when the listing said it was included
- Duplicate delivery — account was already sold to another buyer
What the warranty doesn't cover
These exclusions sound harsh but they exist because we can't verify what happened on your side. Concrete examples so you know the line:
- You logged in from a home IP in country X when the account's listed region was country Y → region mismatch triggers immediate locks
- You ran a scraper or automation tool within the first 24 hours → platforms flag rapid-fire activity on fresh sessions
- You changed the password and then locked yourself out → we can't prove what you changed
- You used the account for 5 days, then it got flagged → outside the 48-hour window — usage-risk is on you past that point
- You don't like the account variant you picked → no refunds on valid, working accounts — buyer's remorse isn't a defect
- You shared the credentials with a third party and one of them got the account flagged → any co-use voids the warranty
How to claim a replacement
- 1 Open /pay/<order-id>/ within 48 hours of delivery
- 2 Click Claim warranty on the order page
- 3 Paste: what broke, a timestamp, and the IP region you used
- 4 Screenshot of the error (optional — speeds things up)
- 5 Decision lands on the same page within 12 hours
- 6 If approved, the replacement is delivered on the same page
Our commitment
- We don't use sole-discretion escape clauses — if it's in the covered list and you claimed in 48 hours, you get a replacement.
- No forum blacklists, no anti-review clauses, no getting banned for filing a claim.
- We publish aggregate claim statistics quarterly: claims filed, percentage approved, median resolution time. No names, no order IDs — just the numbers.
This warranty is separate from, and not limited by, our Terms of service.
