Ordering

Do I need an account to buy?
No. You pay and receive an order ID — that's it. Save the ID; it's how you claim warranty later.
Can I bulk-order 500+ accounts?
Yes. Bulk tiers are shown per listing and unlock automatically. For custom volumes above the top tier, reach out before paying.
Can I request a specific region or language?
Only what a listing explicitly offers. We don't produce to order — we sell what's in stock.

Payment

Which cryptocurrencies do you accept?
BTC, ETH, USDT (ERC-20 and TRC-20), XMR, plus a dozen others. XMR is recommended for privacy.
How long does a payment take to confirm?
XMR and USDT (TRC-20) usually confirm in ~3 minutes. BTC and ETH typically take 5–15 minutes depending on the network fee you chose.
What if I underpay or overpay?
Under: the order stays pending, top it up to the required amount. Over: the excess is credited to the same order ID — no credentials are lost.

Delivery

When do I receive the credentials?
The moment your payment confirms on-chain. Total wait from payment to delivery is usually under 15 minutes.
Where are credentials shown?
On /pay/<order-id>/. Bookmark the page — we never email credentials. No notifications, no account portal.
I lost my order ID. Can you recover it?
No. Without the ID we have no link to your order. This is intentional and is what makes the service anonymous.

Account quality

Are the accounts fresh or aged?
Each listing shows the creation date. Aged means six months or older. Vintage fetches a premium because it has survived the platform's own cleanup waves.
Is 2FA included when the listing says so?
Yes. The 2FA seed is delivered alongside the credentials. Import it into your authenticator before the first login.
Are recovery emails included?
Included by default unless a listing explicitly says otherwise. The recovery email password ships with the main credentials.

Warranty

What exactly is the 48-hour warranty?
If an account is locked, suspended or the credentials don't work within 48 hours of delivery — and you followed our usage rules — we replace it free of charge. The full list is on the Warranty page.
What voids the warranty?
Logging in from a flagged or wrong-region IP, changing the recovery email before verifying first login, running automation within 24 hours, or using the account for bulk actions on day one. Details on the Warranty page.

Security & anonymity

Do you log my IP address?
Only what's strictly needed to serve the page (edge logs kept for 24h at the CDN). No email, no billing profile, no cookie-based tracking, no cross-site beacons.
